General: Dayalane warrants the Product against defects in workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of original purchase ("Warranty Period") when the Product is purchased through our online store. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by Dayalane within the Warranty Period, at its option, Dayalane will make efforts to repair the Product or exchange the Product with a functionally equivalent new product. Dayalne warrants repaired Products and replacement products provided hereunder against defects in workmanship from the date of the repair or replacement for ninety (90) days or, if longer, for the remainder of the Warranty Period. If the Product is exchanged, the replacement product becomes your property and the Product becomes Dayalane's property.

  • Hardwood is a natural material that ages gracefully. As with all natural materials solid wood may develop small cracks and fissures over time.
  • Products exposed to extreme environmental conditions such as water, harsh light or nonclimate controlled spaces, or that have been subject to improper storage or damage while moving, or excessive weight placed on surfaces.Lost or stolen packages after delivery.
  • Failure to properly follow assembly instructions, properly assemble the product, along with any misuse, abuse or modification to the original product voids the warranty.
