We created this policy as part of our ongoing effort to provide a hassle-free shopping experience, enabling you to transform your living space into your own personal showroom, and try your favorite design in the comfort of your own home before making a long-term commitment.

We’re able to offer complimentary returns due to our strong and steadfast belief in our products. The vast majority of our customers are pleased with their purchases, with only a very small fraction initiating returns.

1. Free Cancellation Before Shipping

If your order has not yet shipped, we will issue a full refund immediately upon cancellation. Once the order status changes to "shipped", it cannot be canceled, and any resulting losses will be the customer's responsibility.

2. Easy Return or Exchange Within 30 Days

All of our products (excluding clearance items, resale products, and gift cards) come with a 30-day return or exchange guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the product or wish to return or exchange it, please contact us at care@chairus.com within 30 days of receiving your package. We will provide a return address, and you will receive a refund within 7 business days after the returned item arrives.

3. Return Requirements

Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned item is not in acceptable condition or affects resale. Please make sure they are not assembled, once you have assembled it, there is a processing fee of around 5% on returns.

4. Return and Exchange Costs

  • For returns or exchanges due to product quality issues or incorrect shipments (with photo or video proof required), Chairus will cover all related costs. We will provide a return shipping label, so customers do not need to pay upfront. Once the returned item is received and reviewed, we will proceed with the exchange or refund. Please note: Due to the shooting environment, there may be slight color differences between the picture and the actual product. This is normal and not a quality issue.
  • For non-quality-related returns or exchanges, customers are responsible for the round-trip shipping costs and will incur a 10% fee of the product price for the outbound shipping (this is the outbound shipping cost that has been paid by Chairus for shipping the order to you, even though it might have been subsidised by a promotion). These costs will be deducted from the refund.
  • Restocking fees
    10% of the product price (this is the outbound shipping cost that has been paid by Chairus for shipping the order to you, even though it might have been subsidised by a promotion)

5. Shipping Damage

We use only top-tier shipping companies, such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Please inspect the package upon arrival. Do not sign for any damaged packages. You are responsible for signing for the package in person and checking the condition before accepting any items.

If you find the package damaged, immediately request the delivery personnel to file a shipping damage claim. Additionally, please provide us with your case number for the shipping damage claim, and we will assist you in obtaining compensation from the shipping company as soon as possible.

    6. Refund Processing Within 10 Business Days of Item Confirmation

    We will process your refund immediately after receiving and processing the returned item in our warehouse (up to 10 business days). All customers will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued, and the refund will be applied to the original payment method or store credit.

    Please note:

    • Until you are sure whether the item is suitable for your space, please retain the original packaging. If an item is returned without the original packaging, it will not be able to return.
    • Gift cards, and items marked as Resale, Final Sale, Clearance are not eligible for returns or exchanges and will not be refunded. (Explanation in Description)
