Return & Exchange
Eligible items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Customer must provide product photos/videos and packaging status.

· Chairus covers return costs for quality issues.
· For non-quality issues, return costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

How to return or exchange?
· Email us at care@chairus.com with your order number and reason (include photos/videos for quality issues).
· We’ll confirm any fees and send you a return label.
· Once the item is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund or ship a replacement.

• Fabric/Velvet: Vacuum regularly; blot spills gently with a clean cloth. Avoid harsh scrubbing.
• PU/Leatherette: Wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid alcohol-based cleaners.
• Wood/Metal Legs: Dust with a soft cloth. Wipe clean as needed and dry immediately.
• Avoid: Direct sunlight, heat sources, or dragging the product.
• Check Regularly: Tighten screws or bolts to keep your furniture sturdy.
